As a contractor, Coy has been an important stakeholder in his family's businesses for most of his life. Additionally, he has been in sales for 10 years with experience in various industries including food, customer service, automotive, finance, and agriculture. He is a motivated leader who is passionate about teamwork. His down-to-earth demeanor, playful sense of humor, and ability to empathize with anyone makes him an effective coach. With his proven track record in sales and experience running a business, he can help other leaders and their teams achieve their goals.

Coy has consistently broken sales records at every store where he has worked. In his first year at Auto Savvy, he was awarded the President's Award for being the top salesperson, effectively selling 285 vehicles—more than any other location among the 18 stores. After leaving Auto Savvy, Coy joined Corwin Toyota of Bellevue, where he repeatedly earned the title of Salesperson of the Month, which led to his promotion to Finance Manager. In his first year in finance, he broke all performance metrics and continued to surpass finance goals each subsequent year, consistently breaking his own records. Coy won a spot at the national Cash Bash event each year, representing his store as the top finance sales professional and ranking in the top 3% of finance managers nationwide, according to Jim Moran and Associates.

Coy lives in the Loess Hills of Iowa with his wife, twin boys, and all their family pets including three dogs and three cats. When he's not working, Coy can usually be found spending time in nature hunting or fishing, taking landscape photography, and traveling.

John's unique perspective and confidence in the OPG process has led to the success of his numerous clients. Taking full advantage of his 38-year professional experience and training in sales, leadership, people responsibility, financial analysis, and retail, John taps into all of these resources to connect with clients. His breadth of experience gives him insight from virtually every angle and departmental perspective that helps minimize the fundamental learning curve for clients.

While John’s experience is a significant strength, he prides himself on not bringing answers to the table as a consultant, unless specifically contracted to do so. As a Coach, John has trained under the ethics and approved practices of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and promotes the same training for his team members.

Working with clients including Ford, Micron Technology, Inc., Acura, Honda, Suzuki, and many more, John incorporates third party tools and methods in his Coaching (research, Gallup Survey data, DiSC emotional and behavioral assessments, and authored materials – Maxwell, Blanchard, etc.).

John lives in Boise, Idaho and is proud of his 33-year marriage, his children, and the home he and his wife have built that affords all the recreational opportunities and quality of life that he values.
